- Rhonda PAfter learning that the refrigerator in our Florida condo was not working following Hurricane Ian I was desperate to get it repaired. Friends were planning to use our condo because their Sanibel home had been severely damaged. I called James Appliance Repair and was told that he could stop by as soon as he finished the call he was on. My next communication from him was that he was at my condo and had fixed the problem. Problem discovered and solved within 2 hours. Great job. Many thanks.

- John FI was very happy with James service to fix my ice maker in the freezer section in my refrigerator. He properly diagnosed the problem and showed me the cracks in the defective parts, ordered the parts, installed them and verified the ice maker operation. He was upfront about the cost estimate and final repair was within his cost estimate. I will definitely use him in the future.
